Facility cleanliness is adequate.

Coolers at or below 4°C, freezers at or below -18°C, hot holding at or above 60°C. 1of 2 hand washing stations fully stocked. Second sink has broken soap dispenser to be fixed tomorrow (June 11). QUAT sanitizer 300 ppm. 3 compartment sink for ware washing. Facility is clean and well maintained. No pest activity observed during inspection. NOTE: Door sweep on back door broken, to be fixed tomorrow.
