- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) The only working triple-sink at the back had no accessible paper towel for drying hands, as the dispenser was not working.
- 2) Two new sink troughs have replaced two previous hand washing stations, however a plumber has not been onsite to connect them.
- Corrective Action(s): 1) Staff fixed the dispenser at time of inspection. As this is currently the only sink available for hand washing, it must always be stocked with liquid soap and paper towels (in addition to hot and cold running water).
- 2) Plumber scheduled to connect the new sink troughs tomorrow. Ensure these new sinks are supplied with liquid soap and paper towel once connected. Triple sink at the back of the facility available for hand washing (and ware washing) in the meantime.

- 3) Previously relocated the mop sink from inside the warehouse to outside the back of the facility
- 4) Added two coolers and one freezer to the front of the office area (for retail and pickup sales).

- Observation: There are tubes leading from the cooling fan units in the meat processing room directly into two separate 3 compartment sinks (into the 3rd compartment). These tubes have water dripping out of them into the drain of the 3rd compartment of these sinks.
- Corrective Action(s): Operator will be getting the pipes re routed such that there is no water dripping into the 3 compartment sinks where knives and utensils/cutting boards are washed/rinsed/sanitized.
