    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • 1) Exposed raw wood surfaces were observed in the following areas, but are not limited to:- Cracked vinyl on the countertop corner near the kitchen entrance- Shelf containing the microwave- Corners of cupboards and drawersExposed raw wood surfaces are not smooth, cleanable, impervious surfaces.***Please repair or finish the indicated areas so it is smooth, cleanable, and impervious to contaminants.2) The corner wall next to the standing coolers was observed to be cracked, peeling, and in disrepair, making the surface difficult to clean and prone to trapping contaminants.***Please repair and finish the indicated area so it is smooth, cleanable, and impervious to contaminants.3) Caulking was observed to be missing between the wall and the backsplash located at the back wall beside the standing coolers.***Please clean and apply a bead of caulking between the wall and the backsplash to seal the surface so it is smooth, cleanable and impervious to moisture and contaminates.

      • The floor under the standing coolers was observed to be covered in grime, dust, and food debris.***Please clean and sanitize the indicated area.

    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Finishes are wearing out and cannot be cleaned properly. 1) Vinyl countertop corner near the entrance door has worn through. 2) Most cupboard finishes are wearing through. 3) The particle board under the garbage can beside the sink. All surfaces need to be smooth, non-absorbent and cleanable. Please ensure all surfaces are sealed so they are smooth, non-absorbent and cleanable. This enables proper cleaning and sanitation to occur.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Buildup of food debris on floors, and in coolers. All floors and coolers need to be cleaned in the kitchen.
