- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed fish item in the freezer, no labels or pricing. Not able to determine source. Corrected During Inspection: The onsite manager was ordered to immediately remove the item. The manager had removed this from the freezer and placed to be taken by the owner. Stated this is the owners fish and is not sold to public/customer and it is only for the owner.

- Corrective Action(s): Educated staff on the importance of sanitizing after washing. Please use bleach water mix to sanitize all food preparation equipment and food contact surfaces. 1tsp bleach to 1L water.
