     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food debris noted on the potato slicer. Slicer was used a couple of days ago.
     • Corrective Action(s): Potato slicer brought to the 2 compartment sink for cleaning and sanitizing. Ensure all equipment is throughly cleaned and sanitized after each use.

     • 401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Soap missing from kitchen handsink.
     • Corrective Action(s): Soap obtained during inspection. Ensure all handwashing stations are stocked with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels for proper handwashing.
     • Violation Score: 5
   • 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
     • Observation: Pink/black residue noted on the bottom area of the ice tray (grills) and on the sides of the machine (interior).
     • Corrective Action(s): Drain ice. Throughly clean and sanitize noted areas. Please send inspector completed photo.
