- Observation: Sanitizing sink not present during time of inspection. Missing sink stopper for the deep 2 compartment sink. Employee unable to show adequate knowledge on conducting manual warewashing.
- Corrective Action(s): All dishware and utensils used in the facility must be cleaned and sanitized. EHO educated employee on proper manual warewashing procedures. The third sink should always have sanitizing solution to wash dishware throughout the operations. Third sink is now filled with sanitizing solution tested at >100ppm. Obtain stopper for the large 2 compartment sink to use as sanitizing sink
