      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No hot water supply available at the handwash sink located in the dishwashing area. See violation 308 for more information.
      • Corrective Action(s): Please ensure that all handwash stations are equipped with hot and cold water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. Until the handwash sink has been repaired, please use dishwashing sink as a temporary alternative.

    • 304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)]
      • Observation: Few fruit flies observed in the back kitchen.
      • Corrective Action(s): Please contact your pest control company and implement appropriate control measures.

      • Observation: 1. Hot water tap at the handwash station near dishwashing has leakage issue and staff had turned off the hot water supply.
      • 2. Water leakage observed near the walk in cooler. Staff stated that there is some issue with heating and technician has been called.
      • Corrective Action(s): 1. Please repair the tap and ensure that sink has supply of both hot and cold water for adequate handwashing.
      • 2. Please address the leakage issue and ensure that walk in cooler is maintained in good working condition.

      • Observation: The following changes have been made to the previously approved floor plan without approval:
      • - Addition of prep cooler and microwave in the back kitchen
      • - Addition of low temp mechanical dishwasher in dishwashing area
      • - Addition of pop cooler in the front.
      • Corrective Action(s): Prior to making any changes to approved floor plan, Fraser Health approval is required. Current changes were found satisfactory.
