      • - Service the hand sink and ensure it is in good working order. Eusure liquid soap and paper towels or hand dryer is in good working order. Correct immediately.

    • 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
      • Observation: Heath approval is granted to operate subject to;
      • Obtaining required approvals from other government agencies.
      • Repair the light fixture inside the walk-in cooler.
      • Repair the leaking drain pipe under the kitchen handsink
      • Installing a floor covering in front of the dishwasher that is smooth,infervious to moisture and easy to clean. The rough concrete surface does not meet health standard.
      • Operator intends to use single service disposal dishware & utensils only.
      • There is a commercial dishwasher available. 50ppm was detected in the rinse water.
      • A 2 compartment pot sink is also available.
      • Quats sanitizer available. Tests strips are available. (chlorine & quats).
      • Complete daily log (dishwaher when using, quats sanitize, cooler and freezer temperature).
      • Ice machine and bar glass washer are not used and will be removed from the premises.
      • Lower the temperature of cooler to 4C(prayer hall)
      • Operator (PIC) has Food Safe (Priyanka Pate)
      • Permit fee not required for this temple serving food to attendees.
