      • Observed wide cracks between the linoleum tile flooring in the kitchen. Reportedly, the school is considering upgrades in the kitchen. Consider replacing floors as the first improvement. Solid wood cabinets are in great shape but would improve with wood conditioning due to dryness.

      • Three compartment sinks were labeled "wash", "sanitize", "rinse". Explained the three-step dishwashing method to the administrator with the final step being a sanitizing step in a non-rinse bleach solution (100 ppm) for 2 minutes. Signage was placed in the correct order and administrator will inform faculty.
