      • Surface sanitizer initially tested at 0 ppm for chlorine.* The operator mixed a new bottle of chlorine sanitizer, which tested within the acceptable range of 100–200 ppm.

      • Raw chicken was stored above ready-to-eat foods in the fridge. Teacher moved the chicken to the bottom shelf.
    • 14. Does the facility have an adequate supply of potable hot and cold running water and is the water sampled at required intervals?
      • Hot water takes a very long time to get to the sink in the breakfast servery kitchen. Water did not get hot at the time of inspection. Consider installing hot water on demand unit.
