- Raw chicken was stored above ready-to-eat foods in the fridge. Teacher moved the chicken to the bottom shelf.

- Hot water takes a very long time to get to the sink in the breakfast servery kitchen. Water did not get hot at the time of inspection. Consider installing hot water on demand unit.
