- The quat test strips no longer have the color chart to compare the strips to, and the test strips is missing a lid and have become oxidized.*Obtain new quat test strips.

- Top of chemical dispenser where the test strips are stored is dusty. An original sticker in the walk-in cooler next to the door is saturated with mold. Clean and sanitize these areas.
