- Observation: Chlorine dishwasher was observed to be not functional at the time of inspection. (Public Health Significance) - Chemical dishwasher should be in a proper working condition to ensure that all food handling equipments and dishware are adequately washed and sanitized so as to avoid cross-contamination and potentially food-borne illness.
- Corrective Action: Operator to ensure that the chemical dishwasher is repaired such that it dispenses the appropriate chemical concentration at all times.

- Corrective Action: Operator was requested to provide an invoice when this equipment is in good working order.

- Observation: During inspection the Ice machine was found to have a build-up of debris/grime.
- Corrective Action: Empty the ice machine. Remove the debris/grime. Clean and sanitize this equipment to ensure that it does not contaminate food products intended for consumption.
- 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
- Observation: During inspection food debris and grime was found along the walls and underneath kitchen equipment. Additionally, grime was found on high contact surfaces such as drawer handles.
- Corrective Action: Ensure to maintain all surfaces in the food establishment in a clean and sanitary manner as per your sanitation plan.

- Observation: Surfaces are not sufficiently sealed or durable to facilitate regular cleaning and sanitizing. Public Health significance) Materials like raw wood will absorb juices and harbor and allow disease causing bacteria to grow. Proper materials and finishing is required to ensure adequate cleaning and sanitizing.
- Corrective Action: Refinish surfaces to provide a durable easy to clean surface. Otherwise, remove the surfaces that are absorbant.
