     • Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) The hand sink was slightly blocked with equipment and did not have soap in the soap dispenser at the time of inspection. Public Health Significance - Hands sinks must always be equipped with warm running water, soap, and paper towel and must be free of clutter to effectively clean hands of potential pathogens that may contaminate food and cause foodborne illness.
     • Corrective Action: Operator filled the soap dispenser and removed the clutter from the hand sink.
