- Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Icing sugar was stored inside a bucket labelled "Aqua Balance Pool Disinfectant." Containers for pool chemicals are not considered food safe and may contain chemicals that are harmful to human health if consumed.
- Corrective Action: Operator discarded icing sugar with the bucket. Only food grade containers should be used to store food products.
