      • Observation: Weather-strip of the freezer door is worn out and not sealing the door completely. Public Health Significance: Broken weatherstrips can allow the entry of pests that carry pathogens leading to food-borne illness. Moreover, loss of cold air from the freezer can cause temperature deviations.
      • Corrective Action: Ensure that the weatherstrip is replaced with a new intact one.
