    • 09. Is the pool premises maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • Pooling of water was noted around the drain located on the east wall by the whirlpool. The drain appears to be plugged. Investigate the cause and clean out the drain so no pooling occurs. Water pooling around drain was still observed at time of inspection.

      • The emergency phone in the pool premise is not working correctly. While the phone calls directly to front desk the emergency phone can only receive the call but not respond as the handset is not working. Replace the emergency phone and ensure that it is correctly working.

      • The exterior emergency door by the deep end of the pool was dislodged and frost/ice build up was noted along windows and door frames due to cold air entering the facility. Maintenance personnel noted that a break in occured which left the door damaged. Repair the door and seal the facility from the exterior elements to prevent further damage to the facility.

      • The emergency phone on deck did not have a dial tone. Pool operator was able to repair the phone onsite. Dial tone present before end of inspection.
    • 09. Is the pool premises maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • Tiles were damaged and missing around the floor drain in women's change/shower room. Repair or replace the damaged and missing tiles.

      • Tiles were damaged and missing around the floor drain in one of the shower rooms. Repair or replace the damaged and missing tiles.
