- Pooling of water was noted around the drain located on the east wall by the whirlpool. The drain appears to be plugged. Investigate the cause and clean out the drain so no pooling occurs. Water pooling around drain was still observed at time of inspection.

- The exterior emergency door by the deep end of the pool was dislodged and frost/ice build up was noted along windows and door frames due to cold air entering the facility. Maintenance personnel noted that a break in occured which left the door damaged. Repair the door and seal the facility from the exterior elements to prevent further damage to the facility.
