The absence of an operating permit may raise public concerns about compliance with food safety standards.
      • Corrective Action: The operator was advised to contact Northern Health by email at [email protected] to obtain the official operating permit. The permit must be received and posted in a conspicuous location once it is received.

      • Observation: No internal thermometers was present in the chest freezer. Public Health Significance- Without internal thermometers, staff are unable to accurately monitor cold-holding temperatures.
