- Observation: Facility has an on going contract with pest control company. Rodent activity has been noted on the last 2 inspection reports (Jan 9, 2020 & Jan 24, 2020). Holes/gaps have been noted in the kitchen, server pass area , and lounge/bar area have been identified as potential entry points for rodents. Some work has been done to rodent proof the entry points identified by the pest control company.
