- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Plastic containers used for microwaving food items appear worn out, stained, and not easily cleanable.
- 2. Milk jug container stored with pani puri water. Do not reuse recycable containers as they are not meant to be reused.
- Corrective Action(s): 1. Operator has discarded containers mentioned above. Glass containers available to be used for intended food operation.

Monitor dishwasher chemicals routinely and replace as neccesary to ensure equipment items are properly washed and sanitized.
