      • Observation: Low temperature dishwasher unable to dispense chlorine residual for sanitizing. Operator changed the sanitizer solution to a new bottle, primed, but still unable to get any residual.
      • Corrective Action(s): Service dishwasher ASAP. Must be capable of dispensing 50ppm chlorine residual.
      • Facility is to use single-use utensils and cups until the follow-up inspection takes place.
