- Observation: What appears to be crushed exterior bait is being sprinkled inside of the facility in 2 observed areas:
- > Carpeted area next to floor mirror, behind the display of canned goods.
- > Back storage area on the floor under the stack of plastic bins.
- Corrective Action(s): Call pest control to remove exterior bait. These MUST NOT BE USED inside of the facility.

- Observation: Droppings observed throughout the facility:
- > 2 wood crates that are on floor level used for food display in the front part of the store (electrolyte drinks, and bottled club soda drinks)
- > Back storage area - under the shelves that are lining the walls on both sides, and on the shelves that are on the right side. Chewed materials can be seen in the corner that is closest to the electrical wall. Droppings appear coloured, indicating bait has been used.
- Corrective Action(s): Remove all droppings. All items must be pulled from the shelves to properly clean. Food items that are stored in their original packaging (not stored in pest proof bins) must be inspected for holes and damaged packaging.
- > Follow up the cleaning with a strong bleach solution to help remove rodent scents.

- Observation: Back storage room is cluttered, and there is a sizeable gap surrounding the electrical wires/cables directly above the internet router. Air gap also noted on the bottom left side of the back door that leads to the back alley.
- Corrective Action(s): Declutter the storage room. Remove all of the liners that are on each shelf. Seal the gap surrounding the wires/cables.

- - Multiple bags of spiced dried fruit & sweets labelled "SWEET AND SPICY MEXICAN CANDY - Picositos" found in store missing proper label. Products are labelled inconsistentally and many of them are missing supplier's contact info and ingredients. All of them do not have production date nor best before date. Operator provided handwritten invoice with no address.

- - Business name, address and contact info of the supplier to be provided to the inspector. Total of 155 bags were moved to the back inventory area. Correction order issue to hold these items until the supplier is verified as an approved source.
