      • Observation: Mice droppings observed in a dry storage area & utility room (on the floor, on boxes, which stored on shelved). One dead rodent on a sticky trap in the utility room.
      • Corrective Action(s): Please clean all mice droppings. Sanitize all affected areas with a bleach solution.
      • Professional Pest Service company on site weekly. Traps are set.

      • Observation: Both paper towel dispensers were not in good working order at the time of the inspection. Paper towel rolls however were available on the counter near the handsink and 3-compartment sink.
      • Corrective Action(s): Repair or replace the paper towel dispensers so that they are in good working order; Correct within 1 month (by November 3, 2019) and contact district Environmental Health Officer for a follow up inspection (business card was provided).

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A small basket of onion seeds was stored next to the dishwasher and a box of squash were stored underneath the three compartment sink.
      • Corrective Action(s): Move both of these away from the dishwashing area. Do not store food, clean utensils/dishware, or any other clean food equipment at the dishwashing area. Date to be corrected by: Immediately.
