     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Current practice for disinfecting carboys is to add 1 teaspoon sani-brew into the carboy washer. No chlorine sanitizer was detected on the carboys after the final rinse.
     • Corrective Action(s): A minimum of 50ppm chlorine is required to properly disinfect carboys. After washing carboys in washer, bottles can be manually disinfected with the sani-brew spray (100ppm).
