      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - No sanitizer for food contact surfaces was available at the time of inspection.
      • - No sanitizing step used for equipment/utensils
      • Corrective Action(s): - Bleach water sanitizer was prepared during the inspection at 100 ppm chlorine - ensure all surfaces are sanitized in order to kill/inactivate potential pathogens that may be present on surfaces after cleaning. Note: Sanitizer may be prepared in labeled spray bottle(s) and/or labeled bucket(s) and must be available for use at all times during operations.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach water santiizer in bucket had no detectable chlorine. Staff stated it was made days ago. In addition, staff unable to locate bleach during inspection.
      • Corrective Action(s): Staff obtained bleach during inspection and prepared bleach water sanitizer at the ware washing sink and in the bucket (both tested at 100 ppm chlorine). Ensure sanitizer is available at all times at the correct concentration for santiizing of counters, food equipment, and utensils. Cleaning alone is not sufficient to kill pathogens that may potentially be present on surfaces.

      • Corrective Action(s): - Ensure all spills/debris are properly cleaned as food debris can attract pests. Ensure cut out in floor is filled in with a material that is smooth, non-absorbent, non-slip, durable, easy to clean and sanitize, and suitable for the intended purpose to prevent accumulatin of debris. Date to be corrected by: June 5, 2025.

      • 2) Ensure all scooping utensils are stored in a sanitary manner to prevent potential contamination of foods. Scoop was removed at the time of inspection.

      • Corrective Action(s): Walk-in cooler must be able to maintain foods at or below 4C on a consistent basis. Cooler unit must be set at below 40F/4C in order for temperatures to be at or below 4C. Cooler unit was adjusted at the time of inspection and was at 4C.
