- 1. Recent pest control records were not available on site for review. Only the pest control record from the last visit on May 6, 2026, was available for review. The professional pest control is currently scheduled for monthly visits. **June 23, 2026: weekly visits are conducted by the professional pest control company, and weekly records have been promptly sent to the Inspector for review. Weekly visits will continue until the Inspector is satisfied with the progress noted in the reports. COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. Consult with the professional pest control company regarding treatment and management of pests.2. Locate all the pest control records for 2026 and ensure they are kept on site and available for review. Please send copies to the Inspector for review.

- 1. Staff washroom: Paper towel was not stored in a dispenser. COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. Ensure paper towel is always stored in a dispenser.

- 1. Observed one live mouse in the kitchen between the handwash sink and cooking area. The Operator stated their professional pest control company was already scheduled to come in later in the day. 2. Recent pest control records were not available on site for review. Only the pest control from the last visit on May 6, 2026, was available for review. The professional pest control is currently scheduled for monthly visits. 3. A few mouse droppings were observed on the shelf where gels for decorating cakes were stored. COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. Consult with the professional pest control company regarding treatment and management of pests.2. Locate all the pest control records for 2026 and ensure they are kept on site and available for review. Please send copies to the Inspector for review. 3. Remove the mouse droppings using the proper cleaning and disinfecting procedures.

- 1. A few floor tiles under the deep fryers were cracked. The Operator stated they had a quote for a covering for the floor, however, were unsure when the work would be completed. 2. Three ceiling tiles were missing above the handwash station. 3. There was a gap noted between the wall and floor tiles under the prep sink. Debris was collected in the gap. COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. Repair the floor under the deep fryers, so it is easy to clean and maintain.2. Replace the ceiling tiles.3. Repair the gap between the floor and wall to prevent debris from accumulating and to facilitate cleaning.

- 1. The bottles of cake decorating gels were not clean and were stored in a cardboard box that was dirtied. 2. Ice scoop stored on top of the ice machine. 3. Ice scoop stored on top of ice well in the drive thru area. COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. Ensure the bottles are maintained in a clean condition.2. Use a container that is smooth, non-absorbent and easy to clean to store the decorating gels.3. Ensure ice scoops are stored in a container to protect them from contamination.
