      • - Main food preparation area hand sink obstructed from use with waste bin placed in front and package of thawing lamb sausages (personal use) in the basin.
      • - Front food preparation area hand sink paper towel dispenser jammed.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure all designated hand sinks are clear of obstructions, used for hand washing purposes only, and provided with liquid soap and paper towels at all times.

      • Observation: Dust accumulations observed on the fan cover for the walk in cooler.
      • Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean the fan cover for the walk in cooler. Correct by October 22, 2025.

      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure during operation at 100ppm bleach or 200ppm quats sanitizer solution is prepared and available for use.

      • Corrective Action(s): Do not store the scoop for dispensing ice inside the ice machine. Store scoop outside in a clean container.

      • Observation: Fruit flies observed around the low temperature dishwasher.
      • Corrective Action(s): Have pest control company service this area to eliminate the fruit flies. Reminder to clean the dishwasher strainer, clean up food spills quickly, eliminate any pooling water, etc. Correct by March 14, 2025.

      • Observation: At the time of inspeciton 2 staff on duty did not have FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure in the absence of the operator at least 1 staff on duty has FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent. Send addtional staff to take FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent. Correct by March 31, 2025.

      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure all hand sinks are provided with liquid soap and paper towels at all times. In the interim, a small pump style bottle of liquid soap has been placed at the staff washroom hand sink.
