      • Observation: One mouse observed in a trap located near the exit door. Note: Exit door was closed and no gaps were observed at the door.
      • Corrective Action(s): Have pest control reset trap. As a reminder, ensure users of the kitchen are keeping the door closed when not in active use to help prevent pest entry at this point. Premises is serviced by a pest control technician at least once per month. Report reviewed. Premises is maintained in sanitary condition and no signs of pest activity observed in food and equipment storage spaces (e.g. cupboards/drawers). Continue to maintain the premises in sanitary condition and keep food protected from potential contamination.

      • Observation: Large hall kitchen was found to have rodent droppings under the 2-compartment sink (by the metal bait box) and around the high temperature dishwasher. Rodent droppings were green, indicating rodents have consumed poison bait.
      • Corrective Action(s): Clean all affected areas with a 1:10 bleach solution and monitor for continued pest activity.

      • Observation: 2 dead mice in tin cat by the Emergency Exit Only door and a few green and black droppings found around the cooler.
      • Corrective Action(s): Have pest control service facility and clean and sanitize any areas affected with rodent droppings. Use a 1:10 bleach solution to spray droppings and then wipe away droppings with a single use paper towel
