- Corrective Action(s): 1. Install a light shield or individual light sleeves over the bulbs in case of accidental breakage that may lead to a physical contamination of food.
- 2. Remove all improper dispensers and replace with ones that come with a handle. Store in a manner where the handles do not come into contact with food.

As per discussion with Managers, pests are attracted to their own fecal matters therefore to help control the fly population noted in the restaurant, Managers must arrange for a deep clean and sanitation on the ceiling panels and t-bars noted with flies droppings. If droppings cannot be scrubbed off, we may have a discussion with the operator during the follow-up inspection in regards to changing out the ceiling panels.
- 2. Sweep, clean and sanitize all areas noted with mouse droppings. This will be the only way to monitor if issue has improved even with pest control services.
