      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): All paper towel dispensers (3 total) onsite were all loaded with paper towel but was stuck inside when trying to dispense. Operator has a roll of paper towel on a table stand available for the front of house handwash station.
      • Corrective Action(s): Operator fixed the dispensers during the inspection.
      • Operator must ensure that the paper towel dispensers must not only be loaded but also dispensable as the main reason for having them next to the handwash station is that they are made available for drying the hands after washing.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Both handwash stations in the kitchen area were noted blocked during the inspection. The unit near the dishwashing area was noted with a bowl of red peppers in the basin. The unit by the front cash register area was blocked by pots and pans in front of the sink.
      • Corrective Action(s): **Issue corrected during the inspection** Operation removed the obstacles that were blocking access to the handwash stations. Please always keep the area around and within the handwash station clear to allow food handlers to perform handwashing when required.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): > 500 ppm QUAT detected in the sanitizer spray bottle during the inspection.
      • Corrective Action(s): Issue corrected at the time of inspection. Operator diluted the QUAT sanitizer solution. 400 ppm QUAT was detected from the newly diluted spray bottle during the inspection.
      • Please attain QUAT test strips QT-40 to allow the concentration to be tested before use. As per the manufactuer's instruction for the QUAT solution used at this facility, there must be 200 - 400 ppm QUAT detected before use.
