      • Observation: Glasswasher measured at less than 12.5ppm Iodine.
      • Corrective Action(s): Repair glasswasher to ensure Iodine solution is reached between 12.5 and 25ppm. Operator mentions glasswasher is primarily only used during weekends. Operator called service person during time of inspection. To be corrected by 24-May-2018.
