      • Milk jug probed at 6.8C stored in cooler where ambient temperature measure at 7C
      • Corrective Action(s): All potentially hazardous food is discarded.

      • Observation: Cooler in North Wing Kitchen measured 7-8C ambient temperature at time of inspection. Temperature log is concerning as logs show consistently high temperature for over a month ranging from 0C to 15C (mostly between 6C-15C).
      • Corrective Action(s): Potentially hazardous foods cannot be stored in this cooler for longer than 2hours. Food must then be transferred back to working cooler in main kitchen. Use this cooler only during food service.
      • Please service cooler so cooler can maintain 4C and below.
