Behind the toilet there was evidence of mould and water damage. Investigate the water damage, repair. Remove the mould by means of cleaning or cutting the area and replace to be in good condition, easy to clean.Preschool bathroom: 3. Baseboards were peeling and paint was peeling on wallRepair to be in good condition, easy to clean and impervious to moisture.Exit to exterior (kinder room): 4. Wall on the stairs was patched but not finished. Ensure wall is finished to be in good repair, easy to clean.

Additional measures may be required for proper disposal and odor control.

      • Rear exterior door (to outdoor play area): Gap noted at the bottom of the door that could allow for pest entry. Repair or replace the door sweep to ensure no gaps or entry points for pests.
