Numerous fruit flies were observed feeding on rotted tomatoes. These tomatoes were removed from the premise at this time. Observed a bucket of water under the hand washing sink. The purpose was to collect dripping water.
- Corrective Action(s): Sanitation improvement is required in the back storage and under the shelves in the store front. Water leaking from the hand washing sink is to be fixed. Remove any standing water including aforementioned bucket. Empty out the bucket frequently until the hand washing sink is serviced. Correct this by: July 19 2021
