      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Liquid soap not supplied at front hand sink near service area. Liquid soap was replaced with a bar of soap. Staff placed liquid soap in the dispenser during time of inspection.
      • Corrective Action(s): Bar of soap can harbour bacteria and cause cross-contamination and is not as effective at removing microbes as liquid hand soap. Liquid hand soap must be available at all handsinks at all times to ensure staff is able to adequately wash their hands prior to handling food and to cross-contamination.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats spray bottle had >400ppm Quats measured. Solution was diluted to 200ppm Quats at this time.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure to follow manufacturer's instruction when preparing the solution. 200ppm Quats is the approved concentration for disinfection of food prep surfaces.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Paper towel dispensers in the front and back area not dispensing paper towels. Operator had advised both to be repaired. New rolls have been placed at the stations at this time.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have all handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid pump soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water at all times. Do not use reusable hand towels for drying hands.

      • Observation: Stand up freezer in back prep area had ambient air temperature measured at -14'C at this time.
