      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low temperature dishwasher chlorine residual at plate measured at 0 ppm. Staff immediately changed the chlorine sanitizer, the final rinsing chlorine residual at plate measured at 50 ppm at the time of inspection. Use the test strips routinely to measure the chlorine level of the dishwasher to ensure plates and dishware are properly washed and sanitized.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One container of BUSH coloring found at the dry storage shelve. Staff on-site confirmed that no food in kitchen are made by this BUSH coloring. Staff immediately voluntarily discarded the coloring. BUSH brand coloring is not fit for human consumption. Please purchase the food coloring from approved source. Do not use BUSH brand coloring for any food items.

      • 1. Staff immediately changed a new bottle of chlorine sanitizer. Chlorine residual at plate measured at 100 ppm at the time of inspection.
      • 2. Staff immediately filled the sanitizer spray bottle with chlorine solution measured at 100 ppm.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher sanitizer was empty at the time of inspection. Staff replaced the empty sanitizer and the dishwasher achieved 50-100ppm Chlorine at plate level

      • 1) Raw meat stored above ready to eat foods. Staff immediately relocated item to a safer location below the ready to eat items

      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure food items are stored in a manner to avoid contamination.
