      • Observed large quantities of beef in clear bags stored in the meat freezer. No labels and the operator could not provide any proof for the origin of the meat. I order you to put a hold on the beef untill can provide documentation on the source.

      • Observed access to the hand sink in the meat cutting room, was blocked. Hand sink is for hand washing only and must be accessible at all times.
