- It was noted that the facility was not performing proper manual dishwashing procedures.Proper manual dishwashing procedures were discussed with the operator during the inspection. Please follow following procedures:- Wash with soap and water and rinse with clean water in the first sink.- Prepare a bleach solution at 100 ppm and leave clean dishes fully submerged in the bleach solution for at least two minutes. - Air dry dishes.

- A hand-washing soap dispenser was noted to be broken, and handwashing soap was not observed.Photograph of handwashing soap was received via email.

- 1. A hole was noted in the ceiling.Please cover this hole. 2. Paint was noted to be chipping from shelving units located in the back storage area. Please repair all shelving units.

- 1. Wall surfaces were noted to be in disrepair in the facility. Please repair all wall surfaces and ensure it is maintained in a clean and sanitary state at all times. 2. Floor was noted to be missing underneath dry storage shelves. Please install the missing floor.3. Holes were noted inside two cabinets. Please seal these holes and ensure it is maintained in a smooth, easy-to-clean and moisture resistant state.
