      • - Baseboard material from the cabinet in between the two display coolers is worn down due to water damage.
      • Corrective Action(s):
      • - Repair. Ensure to install appropriate coving to prevent water damage OR replace the damaged part with material that is impervious/non-porous that is not prone to water damage.

      • - Accumulation of filth and mould observed on the pipes/walls beneath the ice machine.

      • - Clean the areas noted above.
      • - Walk-in cooler is not a storage unit for miscellaneous items. Remove non-food items from the cooler and re-organize to have less clutter.
