      • - Deli meat display cooler: Deli meats on the right side probed at 6.4C. The meats on the left side of the cooler is probed at 4.3C.
      • Corrective Action(s):
      • - Move all deli meats for display to the left side or move them to other working cooler. They have to be stored at 4C or below. Do not store any potentially hazardous food items on the right side of this display cooler until it is fully repaired.
