    • 302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Facility is out of sanitizer at time of inspection.
      • **Corrected during inspection** Staff purchased household unscented bleach when made known. Sanitizer measured 100ppm by end of inspection.
      • Please ensure sanitizer used is usable for food facilities. Some sanitizers require a potable water rinse before equipment can be used. Always throughly read manufacturer instructions.
      • Additionally, please always use test strips to ensure sanitizer is at adequate strength. Wall mounted dispenser will automatically dilute concentrate and result in sanitizer being outside safe range (200-400ppm QUATS).
      • Please measure capacity of the "sanitize" compartment of three compartment sink so sanitizer can be manually diluted in case wall mounted dispenser malfunctions, or facility runs out of proper sanitizer.
      • Dilution rations are available on three compartment sink poster near sink.
      • Please wash and sanitize all equipment again as it is unclear when sanitizer ran out. No sanitizer is in the lines, and bottle is empty.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Scoop observed in small container of dried dragon fruit. Handle of scoop is in contact with fruit.
      • **Corrected during inspection** Scoop removed. Please use a larger container so scoop can be stored in container without coming into contact with ingredients.

      • Observation: Mop pail stored near janitors sink observed to be filled with soiled water.
      • Corrective Action(s): Used water should always be emptied. Stagnant water is a harbourage point for pests (flies).
