      • Observation: Observed main fume hood cleaning and servicing sticker was due in March 2022. Accumulation of grease and dust observed on fume hood. Cleaning my technician required.
      • Corrective Action(s): Have approved technician clean and service this unit. Ensure to clean accumulation of dust and grease in the food preparation area. Correction required in 1 week.

      • Observation: Batteries need to be replaced for hand soap dispenser in washroom. Hand washing is critical in preventing contamination of food and the prevention of food borne illnesses. Hand soap still available for staff.

      • Freezer has plastic and debris on the ground and under the shelves. The wall near the fryer also had a build up of grease and debris.
      • No light in the closet with the mop sink. Replace the bulb

      • Observation: Build up of debris along perimeter of walk in freezer. There was a build up of debris and ice behind and underneath the shelving.
      • Ensure all areas of the walk in freezer cleaned regularly to maintain sanitary condition.
      • Operator stated one of the shelves in the walk in cooler are being replaced which will facilitate with organization and allow for easy cleaning.
