      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - 0ppm quats detected in sanitizer solution which was in bucket at food preparation area. Records indicated solution was dispensed 1 hour prior and was 200ppm. Solution was clear (not cloudy or dirty)
      • Corrective Action(s): - Staff on duty was directed to replace sanitizer solution. Solution from dispenser was checked and measured 200ppm. Ensure testing is being completed to verify sanitizer solution concentration and results are recorded accurately.
