      • Gaps at the bottom of both back doors which could allow entry of pests/vermin. Weather stripping is broken at one of these doors.Requirement:-Provide weather stripping to seal the gaps.-Maintain adequate pest control records.**July 23, 2025: gap also present under delivery man door.

      • 1) Dead mouse in trap in warehouse. Please contact professional pest control for removal and to reset the trap.2) Mouse droppings were noted in the staff room. Please clean/sanitize area.

      • Please provide template used for temperature checks. For pick-up and delivery, temperature checks must be conducted and temperatures recorded for perishable foods that are picked up from donors. Cold foods must be received and delivered at or below 4C, and hot foods at or above 60C. Frozen foods must be received and delivered frozen, ideally at -18C. Items received must be labelled with the approved source name and contact information. Transport perishable foods in temperature controlled equipment (for example, in refrigerated vehicles, coolers with ice packs, or insulated thermal bags/containers).

      • Gaps at the bottom of both back doors which could allow entry of pests/vermin. Please eliminate the gaps.**July 23, 2025: gap also present under delivery man door.

      • 1) There were numerous rodent droppings noted in the back corner behind the freezers in the warehouse. Please clean and sanitize all areas contaminated by droppings.**July 23, 2025: droppings present behind chest freezer and along warehouse wall. Please pull equipment and pallets away from wall for easy cleaning/sanitizing.2) Pest control records were not available. Please provide.
    • 25. Is food being protected from contamination during transportation?
      • From discussion with staff, perishable foods are not temperature controlled during transport. Please transport perishable foods in temperature-controlled equipment (for example, in refrigerated vehicles, coolers with ice packs, or insulated thermal bags/containers). Please provide appropriate equipment and make available upon re-inspection.

    • 07. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • Boxes of pastries in ice cream freezer were not sealed. The freezer had an accumulation of frost and food debris inside. The lid of the sliding glass top was also very dust. Please ensure all boxes are properly sealed.

      • 1) Both freezers in the warehouse had a heavy accumulation of dust. The ice cream freezer was also contaminated with food debris inside. Please clean.2) The unused cooler was contaminated with food spillage. Please clean. If it does not work, please remove.
