      • Observation: In back storage area, car fluids and cleaners are stored above package gum and food containers. Items fuel injector cleaners is stored next to food containers and above candy. This may lead to possible contamination of food products.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure food is stored in dedicated areas away from chemicals and cleaners. Move all chemical and cleaners away from food products and store in separate areas. Correction required today.

      • Observation: In back storage area, dust build up and pop spill observed on and on the flooring of pop and slurpy dispenser area. Dust, syrup accumulation can be seen on the machine and on the floor. Cleaning of this area is required.
      • Corrective Action(s): Cleaning and wash this area to prevent accumulation of debris and attracting pests from left over syrup. Ensure to clean the floor as well. Correction required this week.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sandwich cooler was sitting between 5C to 10C ambient temperature. Sandwiches were at 7C to 8C for less than 2 hours. 4C and below is required. This unit requires repair.
      • Corrective Action(s): The sandwich cooler must be able to hold temperatures at 4C and below. Repair this unit. Correction required in one week.
      • Sandwiches and potentially hazardous foods put in main glass cooler at 4C and below.

      • Corrective Action(s): Must discard the black peppers that has fallen out of plastic bag. Ensure bags are tied so the paper packages of black peppers do not fall out.
