      • Observation: * Food stuff being stored close to mop sink area and this is not proper storage for food; provide adequate clearance around mop sink so that it is accessible and keep food stored in proper closed containers (eg. rice, etc); cover food in storage areas (eg. 2-door glass cooler) so that food is protected from contamination
      • Corrective Action(s): * Ensure all food stored properly and covered or in closed containers; also, keep all food away from mop sink area so that there is clearance to sink

      • Observation: * Some potato hash browns were found uncovered in 2-door glass cooler(back room area) and operator was reminded to cover food in storage areas; also, cell phone found along with food/drink on food prep table and this is unsanitary and can lead to cross contamination
      • Corrective Action(s): * Cover ALL food in storage areas to protect from contamination; also, do not store personal food/drink/cell phones, etc., on food prep tables-- rather keep them in staff areas (eg. back storage room) away from food/food equipment

      • Corrective Action(s): * Ensure all single use containers and other food equipment stored on proper food grade surfaces to reduce risk of cross contamination, etc. and in sanitary manner
