      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): In use pizza sauce observed stored at room temperature. Pizza sauce was stored at ambient room temperatures for >2 hours. Internal temperatures registered at 16.1 deg C.
      • Corrective Action(s): Pizza sauce was VOLUNTARILY discarded at the time of inspection by staff. Ensure that pizza sauce is stored in the prep insert coolers and is maintained at or below 4 deg C.

      • 401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
      • Observation: 1) Front handwashing station is not supplied with hot water. The hot water handle does not work.
      • 2) Washroom handwashing station does not have paper towel in paper towel dispenser
      • Corrective Action(s): 1) Repair the front handwashing station such that it is supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
      • Correction date: Immediately
      • 2) *Corrected during inspection* Staff placed a paper towel roll in the washroom.
