- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): In use pizza sauce observed stored at room temperature. Pizza sauce was stored at ambient room temperatures for >2 hours. Internal temperatures registered at 16.1 deg C.
- Corrective Action(s): Pizza sauce was VOLUNTARILY discarded at the time of inspection by staff. Ensure that pizza sauce is stored in the prep insert coolers and is maintained at or below 4 deg C.
