Pest Control reports were not on-site

      • -Contact Pest Control and take action according to recommendations given. Submit report to the undersigned. (business card provided). Staff on duty reported Pest Control Technician is on-site twice per week.
      • -Seal up any holes that are identified. Keep floor area clear to prevent hiding places/harbourage areas and to facilitate monitoring and cleaning.
