- Operator swapped out sanitizer bottle for a full one but after 2 runs, sanitizer line is still running dry.
- Corrective Action(s): Use the kitchen commercial dishwasher until glass washer at the bar is fixed.
- Fix the bar glass washer. Ensure between 50-100ppm Chlorine is dispensed along the sanitizing side of the glass washer.
