    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • The sandwich prep cooler in the deli measured an ambient temperature of 10-15 degrees Celsius. Internal temperature of the meats in the cooler were 8-10 degrees Celsius. The meats were moved to an alternative cooler. By the end of the inspection the prep cooler was measuring ambient temperature of 6-8 degrees Celsius.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • The ice machine in the Starbucks is missing its compressor cover. Clean compressor area under ice machine and replace cover.
