      • Corrective Action(s): Contact technician to have dishwasher serviced
      • Until repaired only use to wash implements
      • Set up sanitizing sink to soak implements for a minimum of 1 minute before removing to air dry
      • Have technician adjust the mixing valve so that Quat is dispensed at approx 25c ie Room temperature

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Small sanitizer bucket measured at 50-100 ppm quat. Quat concentration should be kept at 200ppm minimum to ensure that surfaces are adequately disinfected.
      • Corrective Action(s): Bucket was replaced with fresh sanitizer. Ensure that sanitizer is replaced often enough to maintain adequate disinfection by using test strips.
